If you are registering for a Summer 2023 Program, in order to be fully registered, you must add a note below that includes:

2. Incoming Grade Level

3. Parent First and Last Name

4. Parent Email

5. Parent Phone Number

If you are registering for multiple programs or multiple students, please specify which student is participating in which program in the note section as well.
